Please Be Patient

I work on custom fowldyr commissions at my own pace. Please remember that I am only one person and there are a lot of submissions, so the wait for a custom may be long. Submitting an application does not guarantee that your custom will be accepted.

Please Be Flexible

I will do my best to bring your vision to life! However, the design needs to adhere to the world lore and species lore so please be prepared to explore alternatives if your ideas don't quite fit. My goal is to make you a design you love, but sometimes not all of the ideas submitted will make it into the final design.

Adult Characters Only

Most folks have already started to envision what their fowldyr looks like when submitting an application. Please be aware that I only take custom design commissions for adult characters. I do not design child characters.

What's Included?

Custom have a base price of 500 USD for a basic sheet. More complex sheets will come with additional fees to cover the extra time and effort spent.

Vessel Design (Objects)

Object vessels are rendered in full colour and are offered at the base price of the commission.

Fowldyr Form Design

The fowldyr form is always included in the base price.

Human Form Design

The human form is always included in the base price.

Eye View

A close up of your character's eye in their fowldyr form will be supplied.

Mouth View

A close up of your character's mouth in their fowldyr form will be supplied.

Additional Views*

Please note that additional views are entirely up to my discretion. I may add them to the sheet in order to make the design easier to understand from angles where it may be obscured. This is usually just used for showing hairstyles from the back, or important clothing details from the back. If I would like to add an additional view to the sheet it will be at no additional charge.

Costs Extra

Vessel Design (Locations) +75 USD

Although location based vessels are black and white, they still take signifcantly more time to draw and render than object vessels. Because of this, location vessels will cost more than object vessels.

Additional Inventory +25 USD

A custom fowldyr reference sheet only covers prop design for the vessel (and sometimes the memento). If your fowldyr has another item important to their lore that is not a vessel or memento it will cost extra to include a close-up of it on the sheet. Limit 1 additional inventory per reference sheet.

What sort of information should I prepare for my application?

If you would like to start gathering references in advance, here is a list of information I will ask for when filling a custom fowldyr design slot.

What is your preferred palette for the pelt colour?

Hair Style (colour is determined by fowldyr form pelt colour)

How to Apply

When a slot for a custom fowldyr commission becomes available it will be announced in the Realm of Tyrth Discord Server. If you are interested in applying for the slot you will be asked to fill out the application form linked at the bottom of this page. If your application is picked I will reach out to you to start the commission process.

Submitting an application does not guarantee that your custom will be accepted.
