Mothalo

These docile creatures have been domesticated for their wool production. Their thick woolly coats grow continuously, and they are known for shedding large fluffy tufts of fur throughout the year. Because of this, mothalo only require gentle brushing to harvest their wool.

These creatures prefer meadow and plains habitats where they graze on wild grasses. They have very keen senses, and can detect small changes in their environment with their oversized antennae. Their large eyes give them excellent night vision, and while they do sleep at night, the largest mothalo will usually stand sentry to watch for predators.

Mothalo can be easily trained and are most responsive to light and to sound. Shepherds of mothalo favor lanterns or bells to herd mothalo flocks to prime grazing locations.
